They defeated Guangzhou Evergrande and took down Jiangsu Suning to secure their spot in the top four. Despite the victory, however, Shin-wook faced criticism for his lack of results and his decision-making in the final stages of matches.
While Shin-wook has had some setbacks, he remains confident about the direction his team is heading in. He believes that by continuing to invest in youth development and modernizing the club's infrastructure, Shanghai Shenhua will be able to compete at the highest level again in the future.
