Barcelona has announced that it will extend its partnership with sports brand Puma for another five years, bringing the total duration of the agreement to seven years.

The deal was originally signed in 2017 and covers all areas of football, including training equipment, kits, apparel, and other related products. The partnership is valued at €10 million per year, making it one of the most lucrative deals in Spanish football.

"Having been part of our family since we were founded, Puma has played a pivotal role in shaping our identity as a club," said Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu. "We're proud to continue this long-standing relationship and look forward to continuing to work closely with them to bring the best possible experiences to our fans."

Puma's partnership with Barcelona has helped the brand become synonymous with the club, with many of their products being worn by the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Neymar Jr.

"We're thrilled to have such a strong partnership with FC Barcelona," said Puma CEO Georg Schäfer. "This agreement shows the trust they have placed in us, and we'll continue to support the team and their fans with the latest technology and design solutions."

The new deal also includes a focus on sustainability, with both parties committed to reducing their environmental impact and promoting eco-friendly practices throughout the partnership.

Overall, the extension of the partnership with Puma is a major win for both Barcelona and Puma, with the two companies working together to create even more exciting opportunities for the club's fans.
